21+, licence held 3+ years. Drivers 21–25: €5 per day and Protection required. Premium classes: 25+. Licence and passport valid 1 month after the return.
€100 for Mini, Economy, Compact and Estate; €300 for SUV, Family & van and Premium. A hold on a card in the driver's name, placed 24 h before pick-up and released the day you return the car; banks show it within 3–5 days, by contract up to 20 working days. Without Protection: credit card only.
The price per day depends on the car and is shown on the car page. Bodywork damage covered, roadside assistance. Full protection is the same Protection with a markup and no deposit held. It does not apply abroad.
Pay now at the lower online price, or pay later at pick-up. Pay with a debit card, credit card or cash.
Up to 48 hours before pick-up; refund within 20 working days.
Child seat, booster and additional driver are charged per day; the price is shown before you book.
GR, MK, RS, RO, TR. €60 first country + €20 each next, minimum 7 days, request 3 days ahead. Protection required; it does not apply abroad.
Full to full, unlimited km. Fines and tolls are charged as per the general terms.

Found it cheaper all-in? We match it
Same dates and class, pick-up at the airport, CDW and airport fee included, price published on the competitor's website, request before pick-up — we refund the difference.
What if my flight is late?
We track your flight number and wait. No extra charge.
What if I don't finish Online Check-in before I land?
Your booking stays. Our staff does the same steps with you at the office.
When do I get the deposit back?
We release the hold the day you return the car. Banks show it within 3–5 days; by contract up to 20 working days.
Will I get exactly the car I booked?
This model or a similar one of the same class, with the same seats and transmission.
Which cards do you accept?
With Protection: any debit or credit card in the driver's name. Without Protection: credit card only.
